Can I apply for samenwonen visa for Belgium as my boyfriend in Belgian and l am an asylum seeker in Germany

I want to know if its possible to apply for an samenwonen visa in Belgium whilst lm in the process of asylum seeker in Germany. We wanted to apply before with my boyfriend when l was staying in the Netherlands but because they said it takes long before its approved and l cnt stay there whilst I wait. So l came to Germany as an asylum seeker and l was wondering if its possible to apply now since l am staying somewhere legal

Our platform and experts are based in Germany. Therefore, I’m afraid that we can not share much experience about Belgian immigration rules and procedures. I’m also not familiar with the visa you are interested in. I assume it would be the best to contact the Belgian embassy in Germany directly to ask for the respective requirements. 

However, please be aware that your asylum case would be cancelled as soon as you leave Germany.
