I'm Sri Lankan National and I have Latvian TRP for a master's degree, So how move to Germany with a proper visa like a job opportunity? In case I need to get with visa sponsored job or without visa sponsored job. After the Job contract how to apply for a visa, Need legal help to stay in Germany.

In general, you have to apply for a visa at the German embassy in Riga. You will find relevant information at their website.
