The opportunity residence law according to paragraph 104c aufenthG is valid until when. I have the requirements but still on aufenthaltsgestattung, thanks in advance.

thanks for sharing your question with us.

The opportunity law will cease to be in force 01.01.2026, i.e. after three years after its implementation on 31st of December 2022.
