Hi guys,  is it a problem if your middle name does not officially written in your Niederlassungserlaubnis, but in your country passport you bear the middle name  there. Would that be an issue or problem?  Let me breake it down again.. I don't have middle name in my Niederlassungserlaubnis ,  my country national passport state middle name is that an issue or problem? Also will that be a problem if i want to apply for German citizenship? Please  any experience ,idea or info will be appreciated.  Thanks

Dear @Emmytender,

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us again.

I think this won't be a problem, as a "middle name" is not really common in Germany and authorities often not even ask for it. We had a very similar question here, in which my colleague Ruth shares my opinion.

I hope this helps and all the best,

Meike
