A court order to pay the balance for the former attorney.

Dear Sir,Madam,

 I need your advice to a court order go through.  It mentioned that I have to pay money to my previous lawyer.  After a year I got my previous lawyer to get some consultants and sign the contract, then I paid 375 euros + 150 euros.  Anyway he didn't help me in my case and didn't give any helpful service.Then I got my current lawyer..Then my previous lawyer sent me another letter with 340 euros.  Then I called him and asked about it.  Then he told me that I have to pay this amount to complete the contract, but I explained to him that I didn't get any service to pay that much, and I asked my current lawyer to cancel all the powers of attorneys that I got from my previous lawyer, but after a few months he sent me this letter which is a court order to pay 443.44 euros, and currently I get 700 euros salary from my Ausbildung.And have to pay for my rent and everything. So I need your attention and advice to get out of this problem. Thank you

It is quite difficult to understand from distance if your old lawyer's claims are correct or not. I guess if you signed a contract in which you agreed on this amount you probably won't get away with it. Did you ask your current lawyer for advice in this? I think this will be the best solution. Otherwise, you need to contact your old lawyer and ask for an agreement to pay in instalments (explaining your financial situation). But as I said, it would be the best if someone could **** at the claim who has the full picture (as your current lawyer or a counselling office).
