I couldn't reach Auslanderbehorde Stuttgart by phone or email.

Hello there

I got a job offer and I have to start immediately. I have been trying to make appointment to change my student residence permit to a work permit. I was informed that appointment is only allowed by phone or email and I have been calling and emailing will all the listed phone numbers everyday. However, I have not received any answer. Do you have any advice on how to reach them?

First of all, I'm sorry to hear you can't reach the immigration office. From my own experience, the authorities are generally difficult to reach. Have you tried to contact them by e-mail? The best way is to write only one e-mail to the responsible team (it results from the first letter of your surname). If you have already sent an e-mail, I can only recommend you to be patient. Due to the high demand for appointments, also the processing of the mails unfortunately takes longer. In any case, I keep my fingers crossed that you will get an appointment soon and wish you all the best.

All l know is,if they don’t respond its due to work overload and again crisis to assist the affected migrants who came from the war zone. Don’t loose hope.
