How to renew registration in Berlin if I have already registered in lower saxony?

I was registered in lower saxony but then moved to Berlin because I am going to enter the Free University of Berlin. I have already a place where I live. How to make new registration in Berlin?

welcome to Wefugees and thanks for reaching out to us. I tried to make some research on your question and called couple of hotlines in Berlin. So that's what they told me: you could go to the consultation at the Welcome Center (Willkomenszenrum). The Welcome Center at Potsdamer Straße 61 (10785 Berlin) is the advisory office of the Berlin Senate Commissioner for Integration and Migration. They consult on their website, by telephone and digitally. If you prefer consultation by e-mail and arrangement of consultation appointments, please write an E-mail to beratung@intmig.berlin.de Appointments for consultation can also be made by telephone: Mon, Wed, Fri 10:00-12:00 at (030) 9017-23172
