Does the new law apply for someone who has Aufenthaltsgestattung?

Hello, please I would like to know if the new law Chancen- Aufenthaltsrecht apply for who has aufenthaltsgestattung. Can I count on that ?

I am In Deutschland for more than 5 years and working full time for 5 years , I don’t get any support from government, no criminal records aswell, but I am Not in Duldung ..

My asylum case was refused last year by court and I Appealed the decision and still waiting.

welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us. As far as I know, the upcoming law is going to be directed to the longterm Duldung holders in Germany only. I’m sorry that I can not give you more positive news and hope your appeal succeeds.
