Dear @chamin88,
Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.
I assume you are applying for a German student visa to obtain subsequently a residence permit according to section 16b of the German Residence Act? Or are you already in Germany? Unfortunately, I am not an expert on international students topics and study programmes - but I tried to make some research on the website you provided. Here it says in the FAQ:
"Is BSBI a University: No, BSBI is a business school offering recognised undergraduate and postgraduate programmes via collaborations with universities."
And: "Where can I verify that BSBI degrees are approved by German authorities?
Our university partners’ degrees (UNINETTUNO, UCA and CUC) are recognised across Europe and the rest of the world as well as being approved by Anabin as a H+institutions.
Furhtermore: "Can I extend my residence permit after I finish my course?
Yes. After graduation, if you would like to extend your residence permit in Germany, you can apply for a job-seeking residence permit."
I will link my dear colleagues @mbeon-Christine and @mbeon-fardeen here as well. Maybe they can provide more detailed information on the German governments' requirements in respect to study programmes.
All the best,
Meike
