Hey,
when preparing the CV, it is important that it is handwritten and, if possible, written in neat script. It should also not be written in tabular form, but rather in complete sentences.
There is no exact form template for this. But it is best to start by introducing yourself by name. What is your current address and how can you be reached? Give more information about your marital status, your date of birth and where you were born. Also give a brief info about your parents and where they live.
Write about the schooling, vocational or higher education. What degrees can you provide evidence of? What is your work experience so far? What's your current employment? Which languages do you speak? German should be one of them, because it is one of the requirements for naturalization.
In addition, provide information about your PC skills, driving license class(es), hobbies and a few sentences about what is the motivation for your desire for naturalization.
I hope my answer helps you and I wish you good luck with your CV.
Best regards
Julia
