About: I’m a Malaysian, and my husband is Dutch, we are living in Germany. We married 2 an a half years now, and my husband want to divorce me, so do I need to wait one year separation, or I don’t have the right to wait a year separation? And I have a son who is 9 years old who staying with me, but this son have nothing to do with this current husband. Pls advise, thank you!

Thank you. Yes I’m working fulled in Netherlands, and I can support myself and my son. Is that possible my son can continue school here, as he also Malaysian.
