I remember that we discussed the fictional certificate ("Fiktionsbescheinigung") and the two different types already in your last thread. If you want to know the requirements for a family reunification visa, we would need to know which residence permit your wife is applying for (and why is she holding the fictional certificate for such a long time - or again?). Depending on your individual situation, completing your studies in Germany and applying for a respective study visa could be an alternative option for you. You could check the "Make it in Germany" website for more informations on this, for instance.
