Documents for a marriage Ghanaian-EU citizen

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing with regard to the documents that are needed for our marriage. My name is Jessy, as a Greek citizen I live in Greece. My partner's origin is from Ghana but he lives in Berlin, in Wilmersdorf area, having a Duldung legal status. We have such a strong desire to get married, in order to be able to finally live together. We have already contacted the Greek and Ghanaian authorities, who referred to the Standesamt.

How can I as European citizen marry with a Ghanaian holding Duldung in Germany?

I would be really grateful, if you would inform us about the documents and the process needed for the wedding to take place

Hi, don't waste your time about marriage in Germany. Because the requirements and planning duration can take one year, and before then they must have deported the duldung holder... It is even too dangerous for someone with duldung to present his country passport...

If possible,  you can ask in Greece if you could marry him over there.

But for Germany,  I don't advice u
