I am doing my master's degree at a public university. I failed my last attempt of an exam, so I cannot continue again. I am faced with exmatriculation. My wife and child is here with me in germany and my wife is working here in germany after she completed her studies here in germany. Though we have registered our marrigae we did in denmark here in germany but my status is still student visa. Can I change to family visa now to be on my wife residence permit. If yes, what is the procedure?
