Dear @Joenas,
First of all, welcome to the Wefugees community and thank you for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately, it is hardly possible to predict the outcome of an asylum procedure without knowing any details about the circumstances. Every asylum application is assessed individually by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), as I tried to explain in an earlier opened thread as well. I think @Coop 's waiting period is really long and rather not the normal case (though possible - depending on several factors). However, waiting periods can vary significantly and two months are definitely normal.
I would highly recommend you to get support in the so-called "Asylverfahrensberatung", for instance. Especially if you didn't have the "interview" (Anhörung) at the BAMF yet. A careful preparation is very important and essential for a successful asylum procedure.
Please let us know if you need help in finding a respective office close to your location.
In any case, please also don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions.
All the best,
Meike
