I have been living with a Duldung for quite sometime, but I have successfully ended Hauptschule grade 10, German language B2 level and currently in Ausbildung.

So, at my last appointment at the Ausländerbehorde, they took my Duldung, gave me back my home country's passport, ID card, Birth certificate etc, gave me a temporary Ausweis for the time being and granted me this "AUFENTHALTSERLAUBNIS nach $25b Abs.1 S.1 AufenthG" valid for 2 years as I asked in there and I should receive it per post within 6 weeks. And so far as I know it's been granted because of good integration.

Then I will take the post alongside with given documents to the Ausländerbehorde again.

So my question are the following...

1. will I get any kinds of passports alongside with Aufenthaltserlaubnis? Or would they change something on my own country's passport? Or does the Aufenthaltserlaubnis also acts like a passport or is it only Ausweis.

2. If first question is yes, what kinds of passports are there and which one is possibly given with the above mentioned residence permit

3. Does it take another appointment to finish up a passport or will everything be ready and given at one appointment?

Finally, could you tell me or direct me to any web links where I can find information on what kinds of permissions do I get along with "AUFENTHALTSERLAUBNIS nach $25b Abs.1 S.1 AufenthG" like visiting home country and which countries are excluded or different requirements, and what about moving to another house/city/state will I still need a permissions from Ausländerbehorde first?

Thanks for taking your time and reading this. I will be grateful if someone could shed some light on these questions, especially about the passport.

Hello Jackman,
Based on my understanding you won't get any passport from the Ausländerbehörde because you already have your country passport.
Ausländerbehörde issues passport to recognized refugees and asylum seekers, and also to stateless people.
The law banned Ausländerbehörde from issuing passports to other nationals except in exceptional cases as I mentioned above.
