Hello , hope you all are fine and doing well, i kindly require you advice on this matter, i sent an email to auslanderbehorde for my aufenthaltistile and reisepass extension, and today i have received an email stating that 'Das Urteil ihrer Strafanzeige vom (Visaerschleichung, unerlaubte Einreise, unerlaubter Aufenthalt) liegt noch nicht vor. Sollten sie ein Urteil oder eine Einstellung erhalten haben, bitte ich um Zusendung) .
i don't know exactly what this mean . i have a three years residence permit and came to Germany with a Schengen visa in 2018 and applied for asylum and got three years documents, i was living in Bonn and after my asylum got accepted i have found a job and moved to hamburg and i did all the procedure and having all the documents and later also got accepted in Hamburg University, i am very worried and has been in shock about this decision.
Is there anyone who can explain this problem to me and what documents are required that i should prepare?
