Thanks to everyone here.. please i need an urgent help now.. my application on residence permit as a spouse to a german and a father to germa kids where rejected. And i was given 30days to appeal in court but, right now my lawyer is delaying the klage and the 30days will ellaps 14th being tomorrow. And when ever i call my lawyer she always say we hv time till weekend but, uptil now no klage from her. And few days ago i received a letter from foreign office asking me to sign that i will be going to come with family visa else my working permit wont be renewed anylonger.. but, i replied to them through email that i cant go to my land bcos of so many reasons. *my question now, is since my lawyer delayed the klage am i in danger of deportation? Or can i write to court my self? Pls urgent ANSWER!
