Ehegatten und kindernachzug

Question

Last week I have been granted resident permit according to 19d (1) Nr. 1c valid for 3 years. I'm living with my wife and 2 children. Our marriage is registered in Germany. My daughter is going to kita and my son is only 1 years old now. My wife is a housewife. We have a separate flat (enough rspace) and I have a permanent work contract. My question is when I have been granted a resident permit why my family has not been granted a permit? Why are they still on Duldung? (Extended every 3 months). I talked to my lawyer she said i can apply simply according to Ehegatten und kindernachzug and ask further help from ausländerbehorde. Then I talked to ausländerbehorde. I have to apply according to 25 (5), they replied. But paragraph 25 (5) is about permit according to humanitarian base. When I apply according to this my family will not be able to fly to mother country. Thats why I don't want to apply according to 25. Can please someone help me and guide me? According to which para should I apply? Because as far as I know. The status of the family will be the same as the status of the family head. When I have been granted a permit then why not my family is automatic eligible?

I am also not experienced with the residence permit according to 19d of the German Residence Act. However, I remember that we discussed the family situation in the context of this residence permit once here before.

I'm still waiting for my question to be answered here. It's over 10 days now n nobody is interested to help. @meike replied and pinned 2 of his expert to help me further but over 10 days now and I'm still waiting. Seems like this group is completely useless and just to make fun of people. I would suggest people to not waste time here to get free advice. Because nothing is free. Just Google and hire a lawyer for your case instead of wasting your time here. It better to pay some amount to a lawyer because you don't have to go through a pain to waiting here to get free advice. Sorry but its true.
