Resident permit section 25b

Question

I am living with 2 brothers, for the past 5years and they are 22years old. 1 months ago they were granted resident permit under Integration. Resident permit 25b. Can I the brother also get resident permit. I am holding a Duldung

I am afraid that you can not "derive" the residence permit from your brothers. Instead, every applicant has to fulfil the requirements individually. Please see this information sheet (published by the Refugee Council in Baden-Württemberg) for a list of the respective requirements. Only members of the core family (spouses and minor children) may apply for the residence permit according to section 25b (4) of the German Residence Act, if they are fulfilling the conditions (you can find them here on page 5, for example).
