Good day ladies and gentlemen my name is Anna please I need an urgent answer to my question please me and my finace have been living in Germany since 2014 we both came to Germany together and we have been living together till date we have 3kids they were conceive and given birth here in Germany 2014 we applied for asylum which in 2017 we the both parents got negative decisions and we appeal which we also received a negative and since 2020 we both got a duldung.we already went for an interview for our second daughter since 2019 we are jet to received a decisions they ask us to bring our Nigerian passport which we have done. Please
we need your advise what should we do can we be deported???

Regarding your questions,

since your second daughter interview is still pending,you and your family is safe as you are a core family.

You and your family might be deported only when your family asylum is finished or rejected.
