Hi, l have read most of the questions-contents and l found that we  are exactly in the same situation. Have you managed to do any progress regarding the Fsj visa?
l have read at the different threads(of this website) that even if we did not get an entry ban officially, we would face difficulties to get back to Germany. So it is a little bit nervous.
May you inform me if you get more Info regarding your case?
Regards.

Dear @NepalNepal,

Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for your question.

We discussed the so-called "Grenzübertrittsbescheinigung" already a couple of times on this platform. Please follow this link, for instance, for more details. You tagged "entry-ban" in your thread, but I assume you are not officially banned to enter the Schengen area for a certain period of time, am I correct? As you can also read in the recommended threads, the entry-ban is usually issued after deportations.

Unfortunately, I am not an expert on visa for the Voluntary Social Service ("Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr"/FSJ) for Germany. But I tried to make some research and found some useful information (including a requirements list) on the website of the German Embassy in Nepal, for example. On this website, however, you can find some contact details for counselling services and a search engine for respective vacant positions.

I hope it helps and please don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions.

All the best,

Meike

You are asking this to Meike, but again, l wanted to share my experience/knowledge and leave it here, since other people may also want to hear. My situation is very similar, almost identical to your situation.l was also ordered to leave Germany, since l could not finish my degree on time. But l am on my way to submit my thesis from my home country.
Have you actually applied for fsj Visa to Germany again, after your return to your home country and your visa is rejected? This is what l could not understand. l have not tried to apply for a visa yet, but when l decided to research for my PhD application, l have figured out that, all the entry of refusals or residence permit rejections have been registered by the country that dealt with your return decision into the SlS(Schengen lnformation System). So when you apply for the work visa to other Schengen countries, the Consular will be able to see your previous stays in the Schengen area. My attorney told me that, applying for a study visa within the Schengen area would be really hard for me, since the Consular will question my credibility about studying again based on my past. But work visa or other types or Visa could be applied. But l feel like it is so naive and optimistic to think that applying and getting Visa will be very easy again.
l did not understand your statement "l tried but did not got Visa" for fsj visa.lf you applied for a Visa to Germany after your return and it was rejected, there is a possibility that it may affect your current application. Because Schengen countries would be able to see your previous stay. But it does not mean that it will be an automatic refusal. Every case is unique and evaluated on it's own merits, so l would encourage you to try if you have good options regarding the work visa.
Hello Lillimes, I have applied for FSJ 2 years back but got rejected, they said i couldn't finished my degree so they doubt about my credibility for doing Fsj. I also sent mail to the Auslander Behörde about that and they told me that now i am in under jurisdiction of German Embassy located in my home country and they cant do anything about it.
I also mailed to German Embassy about my visa rejection,i asked them that , if i will get a visa in future or not?
They said that if all the required documents meet i will get visa.
Then again i applied for Ausbildung, but got rejected again.
I am still not getting it, whats went wrong.
I had all the documents, Permission from Bundesagentur ,B1 and all the necessary documents.
Hoping that will get working visa now as i am applying for another Schengen country
