Hello All,
I am a rejected asylum seeker in Germany,I have appealed for my rejection.I am currently working and have my apartment,i pay all of my bills from rent to healthy insuarance.
Aftet the rejection,i think of switching to work visa but i have some couple of questions,
Is it possible to switch from Asylum to work visa?
What steps should i do to meet the work visa critetierias?
Should i go back to my home country to make an application?
Can this process be done here in Germany without going back?
Kindly i need your expart advice, before jumping to a wrong decision.
Thank you.
