can I claim asylum in other eu states when my first destination country was Germany three years a go on student visa

Question

Esteemed wefugees team,
I was wondering if i apply for asylum in one of other eu states except Germany will they process my application? I landed in Germany three years a go and as far as i remember they didn't take my whole finger prints except in the German consulate.
What are my chances? Will other eu state send me back to Germany even if I don't show them my documents (passport) will they know that i had stayed in Germany for three years.

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us again. 

I remember that you discussed your situation once with our dear @mbeon-Christine (https://***.wefugees.de/805599/international-student-from-afg-wants-to-give-asylum). Maybe she can give you some further information on your question here as well. From my perspective, it will probably get difficult for you to get asylum by another EU country. If I remember correctly, you hold (held) a study residence permit in Germany. I am quite sure that this will be seen in European data systems. I am not too familiar with that part of the so-called Dublin regulation and the duration Germany is "responsible" for you. However, as @mbeon-Christine explained earlier, you may apply for asylum in Germany in case you are able to prove good reasons for your application.
