Need help and guidance regarding moving to Germany from india

Hello all . I am looking forward to move to germany for work and study at same time. I am looking for help as i want to study and work both at same time. So i can learn german language and be sabke at same time to marry my girlfriend of two years who is a german citizen. I have a diploma in electronics and communication and i have been managing a successful business here for over 5 years . The business definitely belongs to my father but i helper it grow over 7 cities. I have good experience in management , retail and marketing. Need help on what kind of traning programs are available and how can i enlist myself . Detailed information would be much helpful. Thank you .
