With your Blue Passport you can travel to the so-called “Schengen states” if:
The “Schengen states” currently include Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
In addition to the abovementioned countries, with your Blue Passport you can travel to all the countries which have signed the Geneva Refugee Convention. These are more than 100 countries and you can find a list of these countries on fluechlingskonvention.de. In order to travel to many of these countries, however, you must apply for a visa in advance.
