Here you can ask, answer and find questions surrounding the topic: arriving in Germany
Hello everyone,
I will like to know if possible the reason why the Administrive court attached a list of evidence in the invitation letter they send to people before the court hearing?
And all the elements in this list of evidence support the arguments I made during my first interview with BAMF.

Dear @MB

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for your question.

The list of evidence or "Erkenntnismittelliste" is a list of different sources which give information on the situation in your country of origin and which are taken into account by the court. Those information can be reports by the German Foreign Ministry or the UNHCR (The UN Refugee Agency), for instance.

If your claims and explanations made in the asylum procedure match with the details you read in the Erkenntnismittelliste it will support your arguments.

I hope this helps and please don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions.

All the best,

Meike
