Hello,
I want to ask, for how long a country is responsible for asylum application under Dublin regulation?
My visa issued by UK & Switzerland has expired and I want to seek asylum in Germany. When will Germany become responsible to provide me asylum? Is it true that a Dublin state is not held responsible if the visa issued gets expired for more than 6 months? Please provide a thread or an official link to approve the fact about 6 months visa expiry policy.

Hallo,

you can find the essential information in a Dublin Regulation Art. 12, specially Number 4, although, if you have 2 Visa, you shall better read the whole article.

It is true that the counry which issued a visum for you stays responsible for your asylum procedure within 6 months after the expiration date.
