Can you still work even under Härtefallkommission?

I understand that you are waiting for the decision of the Härtefallkommission, I hope this is correct. This does not affect your right to work. I assume you have a Duldung at the moment, which means you have to apply for work permission at the Ausländerbheörde anyway. So you could try and apply for permission (if there's a job offer for you).

Hi. I am not waiting for it yet. Just really curious. Currently I have received court date, but my lawyer has requested a change of date because he will be on vacation on the court date.
