How can we change our house?

Hello there!  Me and my wife transferred from the camp to a one-room home with kitchen included nine months ago in the state of Saxony.  We have some complaints about a single room.  We want to change our house, we have to follow what we need to do for it.  Thanks!

It depends on which German institution has given you the flat and pays for the rent.

Mostly if you are during the asylam process, the flats are provided by Social Affairs Office (Sozialamt). In this case, you should complain about it orally or better in written form to the Social Affairs Office.  

Sometimes even if you have already received a positive answer from the Federal Migration Office and you are in Jobcenter, the Social Affairs Office will give you the flat but the Jobcenter pays for the rent. In such a case you  should complain both to the Social Affairs Office and to the Jobcenter. 

If you are in Jobcenter and you have found the flat by yourself and the Jobcenter pays for the rent. Depending on the Problem you should complain either to the landlord or to the Jobcenter or to both of them.

Hello again!  Our complaint about the home continues and my wife is 6 months pregnant.  On August 28, we wrote a petition to the Foreigners' Office regarding our complaint, but still no return has been made.  The total of our apartment in an apartment is 23 square meters and the living space is 15 square meters when the kitchen is removed, including the kitchen.  While the minimum living space for a person is calculated as 50 square meters in Germany, we have been living with my pregnant wife in a 15 square meter flat for 16 months.  We have to move from this apartment, which is not a healthy living space for two people, before the baby is born, and there is no home problem in this city.  And when the food is cooked, we have to open the window and ventilate the room for tens of minutes in winter cold.  The kitchen is not near the window, but in the opposite direction.  I think this is against human rights.  Is there a right to such an application?  Which law article do they get these practices from?  And how many square meters of living space are given to each individual for refugees living outside the common living space?  When calculating at least 50 square meters for an individual's life in Germany, shouldn't a refugee family add at least 50 square meters and an additional 15 square meters for each person?  If every person is equal according to the Constitution, why are our human rights violated and based on which law article, I would be glad if you answer this issue.  Thank you!
