Hello @Syeda Hussain,

welcome to the Wefugees community and thank you for sharing your question.

You can a apply  directly for a visa for Vocational training according to § 16a Residence Act, which will be issued for two or three years, depending on the duration of the apprenticeship you want to do. There are some prerequisites you have to comply with:

1.    You can provide proof of being accepted to a school-based or company-based training programme in Germany, e.g. in form of a contract or pre-contract.

2.    You possess the requisite language skills required for the qualified vocational training. In general, a minimum level of B1 in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. This is applicable if the training facility has not yet tested your language skills, or you have yet to complete a preparatory German language course. Nursing schools often require B2.

3. You must be able to cover your costs of living for the entire three years of your vocational training. If you are seeking to take part in a school-based training program, you can provide proof of being able to cover cost of livelihood by opening a blocked account or submitting a declaration of commitment (for example from your parents). If you are seeking to take part in a company-based training, you will receive a salary, whereas in school-based trainings there is no compensation. Your salary might suffice this condition if you live with your parents and don't have to spend much on housing costs.

If you have further questions, fe.g.. on how to find a place for vocational training, don't hesitate to contact uns again.

With your italian residence permit you can travel here to visit your parents and **** for a training place up to 90 days consecutively twice in a year's period.
