Hallo wefugee,

I have an urgent question to ask , should a refugee or a asylum seeker allowed to pay the eviction fee to his landlord in Germany Ludwigsburg??

Hello @Yankuba,

thanks for sharing your question with us. According to the Code of Civil Procedure, a tenant is legally bound to pay the eviction fee as long as the clearance order is pending. The fee can even be enforced by a court bailiff, what makes the procedure still more expensive.

I'd recommend you to seek organised social assistance in a local migration counselling centre or the Office for Living in Ludwigsburg. I found this address of the Office for Living:
