Hi there!

I’m currently in Germany for a German language curse and got pregnant, boyfriend it’s a German citizen born and raised here, but I have no status just my students vissum and it’s about to expire.

Is there any way I can stay? can I marry with this type of vissum given the fact that I’m pregnant?

Hallo
The 1st Step Would be get Mutter Pass then arrange to get Vaterschaft as quickly as possible.
You can do it at the Notar Lawyer Close to where you Stay it cost around 80-90 euros but Jugendamt/standeamt will do it for free though they ask alot of documentation.
Once you get Vaterschaft and Mutter Pass you can apply duldung at the Ausländer Behörde.

One Thing you should know is that you are Not protected from Deportation.
Many Doctors or lawyers will advice anyone to wait Till the pregnancy is 6 months old or before mutterschutz protection before informing the Ausländer Behörde to avoid being deported.
The best Thing is to get a Lawyer to advice you or refugee couseling ctr before you apply for the duldung.
