Dear @Ogbonmwan,

Welcome to the Wefugees community and thank you for your question!

Sure, in general, if you are a recognized refugee, you can apply for the German citizenship after 6-8 years (depending on the circumstances).

We discussed the naturalization already a couple of times on this platform. You could check, for example, this thread for more details. 

The following website of the BAMF is also giving a good overview on the requirements.
