What are my chances to be granted asylum in Germany as an Ukrainian?

Hello,
I am harassed in Ukraine by a criminal group, which includes a number of police officials, a lawyer and a judge. I cannot get protection from the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. Can I get asylum in Germany? If they refuse me, will they still return me to Ukraine? Thank you in advance for your response.

It depends on lot of things. What kinds of harasment. Did you lose a case and now opposition lawyer, police are behind you ?
If that so, I'm afraid not. If you don't explain us the whole thing, it's tough to guess.
