Welcome to our community and thank you for your question!

There are mixed judgements by German administrative courts in this regard. It seems that it always depends on the individual case whether judges grant asylum based on fear of circumcision or not. They have to check for every single case if the story outlined in the interview is plausible. In addition they rely on reports by NGOs about the situation etc.
