Dear @Arohan, could you explain your situation a little bit more. For example where are you from and why do you want to seek asylum? I found a thread on this website where there were informations shared about the asylum system in France. So maybe that will also help you a little bit further: https://www.wefugees.de/803500/how-can-i-apply-for-asylum-in-france
Dear @Melina InfoVerbund, thanks for your reply. I am a phd student. It is not a fulltime phd. As a result, i do not have a long time residence permit for france. I only receive 1-2 months funding and 'D' visa for the required period. Rest of the time, I work and stay in my country, Bangladesh. For some reasons i would like to stay permanently in france. I may get one years job searching visa after my phd. But i am afraid if i would be able to find a fulltime job related to my field. If i fail, that will certainly make me bound to leave france after one year. This reason makes me thinking for seeking asylum in france. I am an intermediate level french user. Married and have a baby. Looking forward to hear more from you.
