Hallo @Wefugees my name is Sire Kamara and am having a permission to stay before I gave birth to my son on January 2018, but up till now he has not been giving his resident permit. I don’t know if it’s because his father do not have his permission to stay, his father sign the Vaterschaft and Sorgerecht. But I have been granted the permission to stay before the baby was born, please I would like to know what to do for my son to have his resident permit. Have applied to BAMF but no response from them, i don’t know why the delay.

Hi there! Dont worry If you applied to Bamf for your baby that will take some time. I was waiting the answer from Bamf for my baby 10 monthes. Good luck for you and your son
