Dear Wani,

Thank you for raising your question to the Wefugee community!
This brochure explains the requirements for the "Ausbildungsduldung" very well:

https://fluechtlingsrat-bw.de/files/Aktiv-Dateien/Dokumente/Materialien%2012%20Duldung%20&%20Bleiberecht/2019-01%20Zielgruppenflyer%20Ausbildungsduldung%20NIFA_englisch.pdf.

One of the requirements for example is, that the training has to last at least for two years and that it must be a state recognised apprenticed profession.

If you have any questions regarding the brochure content or anything else, feel free to get back to us!

Best wishes,

Meike

Thanks for  your help  but can you please us because we're  very confused .my wife got a vocational  training  in Hauswirtschaft from Landratsamt and this  training  duration  is 21 months  so  it's  help in  permanent  residency or not
Dear @wani, as I am not very much familiar with your and your wife's situation, it is very difficult to assess the case. Regarding your future residence perspectives in general, attending vocational training is for sure a very important aspect (as for example studying the language). However, in order to apply for the so-called Ausbildungsduldung (which is only one out of a few options to obtain a residence permit in the long-run), the requirements listed in the brochure above need to be fulfilled. I hope this will help. All the best, Meike
