Hi community! I hope you can help me. My boyfriend is Nigerian and I'm German. He first arrived in Italy and started an Asylum process there but then came to Germany as his sister has Asylum here. He has already been deported back to Italy twice due to Dublin Law, this is his third attempt. We want to get married, went to Standesamt and the list of documents required is enormous! So one police officer told him we should go to Nigeria do it there and then he can ask for Family Reunion Visa and enter the country legally.
Does anyone have experience in this matter? I don't now what are the steps to be followed.
