Im a refugee im Germany my asylum procedure has been accepted and i have been granted a 3 years residence and i dont take any social money . I got a job and removed the restriction for living in a province. I am an mechatronics engineer now quit my job and want to start my own start up in tech i create holograms and i have a patent for my designs. Can i start a company or not .
