Dear @akki,
Thank you for your active use of our platform!
We have had plenty of questions on our platform before that answer when you are eligible for asylum in Germany and how the process works. The following thread can be helpful for you:
Can I apply for asylum in any country in Europe?
My Schengen visa expired - Can I claim asylum in Germany?
In principle, you have the right to apply for asylum. Unfortunately, I'm unable to tell whether or not your application will be successful. As you say yourself, if you don't have proof of any problems in your home country, you may not be eligible for asylum.
The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees in Germany states the following:
"People who are displaced from other parts of the world, fleeing from violence, war and terror, are to find protection in our country. "
If you want to move to Germany, you can consider finding work and applying for a residence permit based on employment, or studying/ taking part in a vocational training. Please feel free to check Wefugees for answers around these topics - you can simply use our search bar on the top right!
I hope this information helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
Best regards,
Isa
