I have a Hungarian residence permit which has only 3 months of its validity left. Currently I'm in Germany and want to apply for asylum here. I also know that Hungary doesn't take back refugees and all Dublin transfers to Hungary have been suspended as of April 2017. No single person was transferred to Hungary in 2018. So it should be no problem in terms of Dublin procedure. Should I wait for my Hungarian residency to expire before claiming asylum?
closed with the note: I didn't have problems related to the Dublin procedure.
