Hey @SodiqA, Abbey,
Thank you for sharing your situation with us and Welcome to our interactive platform.
I'm sorry to hear that you received a deportation note. Could you please clarify a few things for me that may have gotten lost in translation?
- Your asylum was rejected in 2018. I assume you haven't appealed the decision?
- You were granted a residence permit "etranger malade" because of your health? Did you lose the residence permit?
- What residence permit did you apply for for your family?
From what I understand, your situation is very time-sensitive and it is important you seek legal advice immediately. There are refugee support services in France that you can reach out to. Here is the contact website from the French Refugee Council: https://***.frenchrefugeecouncil.***/contact
And here is a list of pro bono legal aid services for refugees: ****://***.refugeelegalaidinformation.org/france-pro-bono-directory
I hope this helps. Please get back to us with more information if you have any more questions, just bear in mind that legal advice is necessary in your situation and a lawyer/ legal aid service can have a much closer **** at your case than I am/ we are able to here.
