Can they deport me during the marriage process when I submit my passport to Standesamt?

my name is mahmood i am from pakistan i am living in dusseldorf in asylum case i have 6 months asylum visa. my pakistani girlfriend living in saarbrucken saarland she is my real cousin she have german passport we are going to marriage we submit all documents in standesamt saarbrucken including passport copy ..i am worry about my deportation maybe they will depoert me becuse i give them my pakistani passport copy
