My Friend has an Ausbildung and currently she gave Birth to Child with German Father.
They did vaterschaft and handed papers to Stadesamt.
The standesamt sent papers to her country to confirm if they are original before issuing the Birth certificate.
Since she will return to her Ausbildung on July 2019 can she face Deportation?
