I registered as Mali but have a Gambian passport - Am I in trouble for changing my nationality?

I have a german child and for days ago was the appointment day for my resident permit  but on the asylum i was registered as mail but i take a Gambian passport to them because my mom is a Gambian and my father was from mali which i told them even before i have a child.but now the asylum office ask me to go back to them with my passport so i want to know if am in any kind of danger bcuz i take all the papers tge auslandbhore ask for the residents permit even make the finger prints for it.

My aslylum was rejected and i have duldung from it. but it dont stop my work was still working  i apeal a stay on the behalf of my child them i get a lettee from the auslandbhore that i should bring the reuried document on the letter and i took it to them. Make the finger prints pay for the residents permit and all..then i get another letter from the Landrsamt that i should go with my passport and my duldung so am worried.
