Dear WEFUGEES team, i lived in Germany about 7 years and I have a Duldungabschiebung. About 45 days, I am in custody of the police in Hungary. Because i didnt travel to Hangury with Duldungausweis.

After the Dublin process, I'll go back to Germany. Now my question is that: 1. Is this my crime negative for my case? 2. When i will go back to germany, it must be (einen neuen beantragen)? If i must do (einen neuen beantragen) is 7 years will end?

4. I've worked 40 months in Germany. i learned german language B1 level, I've worked 40 months in Germany. I have a driving licence from Germany and im a civil engineer diploma holder and not involved in any crime. Can I apply for Aufenthalterlaubnis?

Dear @Khalid, thank you for being such an active part of the community. As for your questions: 1. you will get an entrance in your Asylum file on the incident, it is then taken into account when you apply for an extention of your papers or the permanent residence permit. 2. and 3.: as you do not have valid documents please get in touch with the Ausländerbüro/Landratsamt(in Münich) and the BAMF to get valid papers for your stay in Germany. https://***.wefugees.de/802308/about-haungary-germany-dublin-regulation-long-must-germany 4. Do you mean the Niederlassungserlaubnis? We hope we could address question 1-3 and if you can specify on question 4. we will get back to you asap. Best regards, Nilab
