How long i must wait to go back to Germany?

hello every one.

im about 3 weeks here under custody of hungary police. cause i crossed the border of hungary on 4.10.18. with my car.(car documents and my driving licensa from germany). i have a duldung. and i have my ID card (Vailed) and passport (Expaired 3.2016). my duldung ausweis is also expeired on oct 8. in police custody. court decided that they will sent me back to germany with dublin regulation. im worry about this, that what will be happend. and how long time i must wait, to go back with this process. and can they sent me back to my home countary? and can a lawyer or any NGO help me about it? i want go back to germany as soon as possible. thanks

Dear @khalid, thank you for sharing your situation with us. As for your situation: Once you are in Germany you should go the Ausländerbehörde and the BAMF and before doing so you should get help from the NGO "Flüchtlingsrat" in the town you will be in Germany.
