Hello, My asylum was negative in Germany because I came from  a safe country. In my decision it was stated that I could only return to Europe after ten months if I returned to my country. But I decided to return to my country voluntarily. I was not deported. Now it's been eight months now since I returned to my country but I have a very important programme to attend in Holland and my question is will I be refused entry at the airport?

Dear @ Joycebab

thank you for addressing this question here in the community.

If the papers stated that you can return after 10 months passing, you have only one option to ask the Embassy of Holland in your country for an exception due to the business you have to attend, however they might ask for all the proof about the meeting you have in Holland.

I hope I could help you, if you ahve further questions please do not hesitate to use the platform.

Best regards,
